Pump assembly
Selection and integration of piston-cylinder compressor assemblies for the required configuration.
Mauli International’s new division for assembling practical reciprocating air-compressor systems for suitable workshop and industrial requirements.
Final configuration is selected according to verified pressure, motor power, tank volume, air-delivery and duty-cycle requirements.
This division focuses on the assembly of belt-driven reciprocating air-compressor systems. An electric motor drives the piston pump, air is drawn through intake filters and compressed, and the receiver tank stores it for controlled use. The visible pressure gauges, piping, electrical enclosure and cooling arrangement support monitoring and operation. Each configuration should be finalized against an approved technical specification.
Selection and integration of piston-cylinder compressor assemblies for the required configuration.
Motor alignment, guarded belt-drive integration and controlled mechanical power transfer.
Receiver-vessel mounting with suitable piping, drainage and connection planning.
Integration checks for gauges, valves, electrical controls and protective devices.
A clear overview of the manufacturing workflow—not an operating manual.
Application, target pressure, delivery, duty cycle and electrical supply are reviewed.
Compatible pump, motor, receiver, cooling, control and piping components are planned.
The mechanical, electrical and air-handling elements are assembled into one system.
The completed assembly is inspected against the approved order specification before handover.
Share the pressure, air delivery, duty cycle, electrical supply and application required so Mauli International can evaluate a suitable manufacturing configuration.
